Stephen Miller was born outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in a town called Media. He spent the earliest years of his life in Collingdale, Pennsylvania and the remainder of his youth in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Stephen was brought up as a Catholic and attended Catholic school first at Saint Joseph's in Collingdale then at Saints Simon and Jude in West Chester and finally at Malvern Preparatory School in Malvern, Pennsylvania. At the age of eleven Stephen was confirmed in his faith and took Francis as his confirmation name after Saint Francis of Assisi. His name was now Stephen Francis Miller. At the age of fifteen Stephen stopped eating meat. At the age of eighteen Stephen began his studies at Columbia University in New York City, New York and four years later he graduated with a double major in Mathematics and Classics. Stephen now lives a simple life in Providence, Rhode Island where he continues his Mathematical studies at Brown University.
